The Listing Committee held on 31/05/2023 has approved to list the capital decrease for Elsaeed Contracting & Real Estate Investment Company “SCCD”, from EGP 754,785,221 to EGP 730,065,763. Such capital decrease is through terminating 24,719,458 treasury stocks at a par value of EGP 1 per share.
