The Listing Committee held on 21/06/2023 has approved to list the capital decrease for Giza General Contracting & Real Estate Investment, from EGP 292,892,624 to EGP 288,542,043 Such capital decrease is through terminating 21,752,905 treasury stocks at a par value of EGP 0.20 per share. Consequently, the company's listed capital shall be EGP 288,542,043 distributed over 1,442,710,215 shares at par value of EGP 0.20 per share. These amendments shall be added to EGX database effective 26/06/2023 trading session.
