Referring to Amana Insurance Company announcement regarding the results of the General Assembly Meeting (Second Meeting) on 04/12/1444H corresponding to 22/06/2023G,The company would like to indicate approving to appoint El Sayed El Ayouty & His Partners Company (Certified Accountants) and AlKharashi & His Partners Company (Sulaiman AlKharashi & His Partners Certified Accountants and Auditors) among the candidates as External Auditors based on the Audit Committee recommendation in order to examine, review and audit the financial statements for the second and third quarters along with 2023 year end financials and the first quarter for the year 2024 and determining their fees |
