Riyadh – Mubasher: Development Works Food Company has announced the resignation of Ashry bin Saad Al Ashry from his position as the board’s Chairman, which became effective on 9 July.

Anas bin Salih bin Ibrahim Al Amoud succeeded Al Ashry, who resigned from his post due to personal reasons.

Al Amoud will assume his new role on 30 October 2023, according to a bourse disclosure.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, and a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Finance from Kansas State University in the USA.

With more than 15-year experience in business management, the new official held several positions in the financial sector.
