DFM - Mubasher: Ajman Bank, a public bank established in 2008, decided on 14 July 2023 to appoint Mustafa Mohammed Saeed Mohammed Alkhalfawi as the new CEO, according to a bourse disclosure.

The new official will be in position starting from 1 September 2023.

It is worth mentioning that the shareholders of the bank agreed last month to raise its capital by AED 550 million.

Meanwhile, the financial results for the first quarter (Q1) of 2023 indicated that the UAE lender achieved net profits worth AED 49.15 million.
