The listing committee held on 25/07/2023 has approved to list the capital increase and share par value modification , for ODIN Investments company , from EGP 101،920،000 to EGP 125 million , distributed over 500 million shares with share parvalue of EGP 0.25 per share due to restructuring by merger , such capital increase represents the “11th issuanc” to be listed in the Egyptian securities listing scheduled “shares” The EGX’s Market Operations Sector shall present the issue of determining the opening price after the merger to the Operations Committee in accordance with Article (31) of the executive procedures for the listing rules on the Egyptian Exchange. The company's shares after the increase shall be added to EGX’s database, starting the beginning of Thursday 26/07/2023 trading session .
