The company calls upon all honorable shareholders to update their data and ensure that their bank account numbers are linked with their investment portfolios to ensure that their profits are deposited directly into their bank accounts.
The company wishes to draw the attention of non-resident investors to the fact that cash distributions that are transferred through the resident financial intermediary are subject to withholding tax at a rate of 5%, when transferred or registered in his bank account, in accordance with the provisions of Article (68) of the income tax system and Article (63) of its implementing regulations. |
