Riyadh – Mubasher: Rawasi Albina Investment Company announced Salman Ghazai Nour Al Judaie as the Vice Chairman of the board members.

The Saudi firm also appointed Mohsen Miteb Al Dajani Al Otaibi as the Managing Director, according to a bourse disclosure.

Meanwhile, Marzouq Miteb Mutlaq Al Otaibi maintained his position as the board’s Chairman after he took over the role in January this year.

The three officials assumed their roles for a new board term that started on 13 September 2023 and will remain in position until 12 September 2026.

It is worth highlighting that Rawasi Albina commenced the listing and trading of its shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) in August 2022.
