Dar Global, the international residential development arm of Dar Al Arkan, has experienced significant growth since 2017, expanding its portfolio to encompass 12 projects with an estimated GDV of USD 5 billion.

Dar Global adopts a unique business model, presenting a compelling proposition to establish itself as a global leader the luxury residential real estate sector. The company's focus is on second homes and vacation homes in prime locations across the Middle East and Europe, including downtown Dubai, Muscat in Oman, London and the Costa del Sol region in Southern Spain.

Collaborating with iconic brands such as W Hotels, Missoni, Pagani, Elie Saab, Automobili Lamborghini, the Trump Organization, and others, Dar Global is dedicated to delivering exclusively breathtaking living experiences.

In February 2023, Dar Al Arkan made a significant announcement by admitting Dar Global PLC to the Standard Segment of Main Market on the London Stock Exchange. This historic listing marked Dar Global as one of the first Saudi homegrown brands to be listed on the UK stock market.

Since the IPO, the company has achieved significant progress, most notably with the launch of the AIDA project in Oman. This expansive project, spanning over 3.4 million square meters, graces the heart of Muscat, overlooking the Sea of Oman and offering stunning views of nature, outdoor activities, and breathtaking landmarks. The project boasts a gross development value of USD 2.4 billion, with phased construction scheduled over ten years.

Following that success, Dar Global introduced DG1 – its first own brand project, strategically located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, directly along the canal.

In April 2023, Dar Global unveiled a groundbreaking partnership with the world-renowned luxury brand Dolce & Gabbana, marking the brand's debut in the hospitality and real estate industries. This pioneering collaboration gave birth to a bespoke hospitality project that seamlessly merges Dolce & Gabbana's unrivalled style and sophistication with Dar Global's unparalleled attention to detail and world-class standards. Nestled in the Maldives, one of the world's most sought-after luxury destinations, this project redefines the essence of luxury living, offering an unforgettable experience that epitomizes the best of both brands.

June saw Dar Global partner with Automobili Lamborghini to launch Tierra Viva in Spain, a significant milestone project valued at approximately 282 million euros. Tierra Viva is nestled within the gated community of Los Jararillos, hosting individual grand villas with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

In July, Dar Global introduced a prime development in London, 'Oh So Close,' a modern residential building offering convenient access to Central London.

Last but certainly not least, 'Marea' represents Dar Global's most recent project—an exclusive residential development located near the Finca Cortesin hotel and golf club. This elegant project is a short walk from the center of Marbella and the marinas of Puerto Banuìs and Sotogrande in the south of Spain. Curated by Alberto Caliri, the creative director of the Missoni home collection, with the supervision of Rosita Missoni, it marks the second partnership between the brand and Dar Global. This endeavour involves constructing a real estate complex covering 18,500 square meters, featuring two, three, and four-bedroom apartments.
