Alinma Tokio Marine's Board of Director announces to its pleased shareholders that will start the creditors' objection period to the Merger Deal in accordance with the provisions of Article (227) of the Companies Law.
Accordingly, any creditor of Alinma Tokio Marine has the right to object to the Merger Deal by sending a registered letter to the Alinma Tokio Marine head office located at Riyadh- King Fahd Rd, Al Anoud Building, Tower 2, 21st floor. Or by e-mail: [email protected]. The creditors' objection period starts from Thursday, 06/03/1445AH (corresponding to 21/09/2023AD), and ends at the end of Friday, 21/03/1445AH (corresponding to 06/10/2023AD).
