(2) Of Article no. (55) Of the Listing and Delisting Rules in light of the decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Company on 05/08/2023. Whereas, the (OPR) market has been opened during the period from 19/09/2023 to 25/09/2023, and the Company purchased the offered shares amounted to 6,951,496 at a price of EGP 1,250 per share, where the transactions were executed on 27/09/2023. The company's data will be removed from the EGX database by the end of Sunday 08/10/2023 trading session. Where the company's shares will be added to the automated acceptance of orders system (OTC) starting Monday 09/10/2023, in light of the current number of shareholders amounted to 2,324 shareholders according to the statement received from MCDR on 03/10/2023.
