| Announcement Detail | Following a journey of more than forty-two years, Saudi Airlines Catering Company is pleased to announce to its shareholders the change of its identity (the new logo is attached). This forms part of the company’s journey towards change. This is also part of the company’s strategy, investment plans and opportunities for growth and expansion in accordance with the economic changes and competitive environment in the Kingdom and globally, and within the framework of the economic transformation plan emanating from the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. This has motivated the company to accelerate the pace of growth, development and innovation, through which the company will contribute to achieving the objectives of this vision by focusing on efficient, profitable and diversified sectors, and adding other sectors and activities that are in line with the company’s activities and goals, raising the level of services in line with the interests and aspirations of its partners and clients.
The company will continue to strengthen its role and strategic relationships with the Saudi Arabian Airlines Establishment as well as its subsidiaries, being one of the company's main owners and customers. The company will also strive to diversify its services in the field of aviation and non-aviation sectors in a manner that contributes to the sustainability of its business, achieves profitability, and enhances its leadership role at the level of the Saudi Capital Markets and in the region and the world. |
