Qatar Airways expands footprint in Saudi Arabia with 2 new gateways

Riyadh – Mubasher: Qatar Airways has launched two new gateways in Saudi Arabia; Al Ula and Tabuk, according to a press release.

The airline also reopened Yanbu within the framework of its growth and expansion plans worldwide.

Qatar Airways will commence operations in AlUla on 29 October 2023, followed by Yanbu on 6 December, and Tabuk on 14 December.

Al Ula will be serviced with two weekly flights, while Yanbu and Tabuk will be connected with three weekly flights.

Qatar Airways is currently operating in nine cities in Saudi Arabia, running over 125 flights weekly. These cities include AlUla, Dammam, Gassim, Jeddah, Medina, Riyadh, Tabuk, Taif, and Yanbu.
