Emirates Foundation, PureHealth boost healthcare sector via new platform

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Emirates Foundation teamed up with PureHealth, an associate of Alpha Dhabi Holding, to establish the PureHeroes platform, according to a press release.

Through its partnership with relevant stakeholders and entities, the platform will manage volunteerism in the UAE’s healthcare sector.

PureHeroes will be open to all healthcare professionals across the country, including both the public and private sectors. It will also focus on building healthcare volunteering initiatives within the Gulf nation.

Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of Emirates Foundation, said: “The agreement contributes to Emirates Foundation’s goals towards building strategic partnerships with public and private sectors to promote social responsibility and achieve integration, thereby boosting development in the UAE.”

Ahmed Al Shamsi, CEO of Emirates Foundation, mentioned: “This agreement represents and recognises the potential for cooperation across various social work domains to achieve strategic objectives. With complementary expertise and capabilities, PureHeroes is an investment in the future of the people of the UAE.

Shaista Asif, Group Chief Operating Officer (COO)of PureHealth, noted: “We look forward to inviting all healthcare professionals within the public and private sectors to sign up for this unique platform and join us in our mission as a driving force for this national initiative.”

Last August, PureHealth inked a deal to acquire Circle Health Group at a value of $1.20 billion, which marked its entry into the UK market.
