Such capital decrease is through terminating 6,185,798 treasury stocks at a par value of EGP 0.1 per share. Consequently, the company's listed capital shall be EGP 76,381,420,2 million distributed over 763,814,202 shares at par value of EGP 0.1 per share. These amendments shall be added to EGX database effective 12/11/2023 trading session.
