The Group announces the completion of all construction works and obtaining all operational licenses from the relevant authorities, including Ministry of Health licenses approving the operation, the completion of the operational commissioning work phase, and announces the official start of operation of the following medical centers (the “Medical Centers”):

First: The Medical Center, Al-Narjis neighborhood, is located on Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Street in Al-Narjis neighborhood in the city of Riyadh.

Second: The Medical Center, Al-Ghadeer neighborhood, located on King Abdulaziz Road in Al-Ghadeer neighborhood in the city of Riyadh.

The Medical Centers are equipped to provide high-quality health care services to patients through an integrated medical staff and medical clinics in various specialties. The Medical Centers also contain endoscopy unit, a radiology department of all types, and a laboratory equipped with the latest medical devices. The Medical Centers provide emergency medicine services 24/7. Further, there is a pharmacy provides its services 24/7 in each center.

It is worth noting that the completion of all construction works and start of operation of the Medical Centers has been completed during the fourth quarter of the year 2023, and before the expected date - during the year 2024 – as published in the Group’s annual report for the year 2022.

These Medical Centers are in line with the Group's future plans to expand its reach, geographically broaden its services and enhance its operating model according to the highest standards in modern design, construction and operations, and to continue distinguishing its services through the deployment of the latest equipment and technologies in the world to provide health services that enhances patient experience.
