The Listing Committee held on 15/11/2023 has approved to list the authorized capital increase for Commercial International Bank – Egypt (CIB) from EGP 50 billion to EGP 100 billion. The listing committee has also approved the modification of the bank's name to "Commercial International Bank - Egypt (CIB)" without changing the Ticker Code. The name modification will be added to EGX’ database to be available for trading effective 20/11/2023 trading session.
