The Listing Committee held on 15/11/2023 has approved the final de-list of " Paint & Chemicals Industries (Pachin) " with an issued capital of LE 240 Million distributed over 24 Million shares with a par value of LE 10 per share , represented in 5 issuances where the National Paints Holding Ltd ( the bidder of the tender offer ) ,has purchased 172,014 shares from the shares of the shareholders who object to the voluntary delisting decision and the supporters of such decision , others who wish to sell their shares , all representing 0.7167% of the total issued shares of the company , with a price of L.E. 39.80 , in implementation of paragraph (4) of Article (55) of the Listing and Delisting Rules in light of the decision of the company’s Board of Directors held on 14/09/2023. The company's data will be removed from the EGX database by the end of Thursday 16/11/2023 trading session , where the company's shares will be added to the Ownership transfer system – unlisted securities (OTC )starting Sunday 19/11/2023. While the company's shares will available for trading through EGX (OPR) system to complete the purchase transactions by the bidder of the tender offer for the remaining shares of other shareholders who were unable to apply for sale during the previous period at the same tender offer price of LE 39.80 per share, starting from Sunday 19/11/2023, until 23/01/2024.
