Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Company announces receiving the Saudi Central Bank’s letter No. 45030825 dated 11/22/2023 AD through email, which includes a no-objection to reduce the Company’s capital by 200 (two hundred million) Saudi Riyals, so that the Company’s capital after the reduction becomes 300 (three hundred million) Saudi Riyals, provided that the company obtains all official approvals from the regulatory authorities and the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly.
