Mubasher: Majid Al Futtaim plans to launch five new Regus and Spaces locations in its shopping malls across Oman, Egypt, and the UAE in 2024, according to a press release.
The Dubai-based retail conglomerate will partner with International Workplace Group (IWG), the world's leading provider of hybrid work solutions, to back its growth plans.
Meanwhile, the new flexible workspaces will add around 7,000 square metres (sqm)of space across the MEA network. They will be launched in the Mall of Egypt, City Centre Qurum, City Centre Sohar, City Centre Me’aisem, and City Centre Deira.
Regus Qurum in Muscat is set to open in January 2024 and will provide an 805-sqm workplace to connect and collaborate with colleagues, clients, and other like-minded businesses.
The new Regus Sohar, which will span 704 sqm, is expected to be the first modern and flexible workspace to provide hybrid working solutions in the area.
Spaces Mall of Egypt will open in July 2024 and span across 2,220 sqm in the west of the capital. The new project will reshape the working life in Cairo.
Two new hybrid workspaces are also set to launch in Dubai. Regus Me’aisem, a 1,877 sqm new centre, is scheduled to open its doors in August of next year.
Regus Deira, a 1,180-sqm workspace, will also be available to the UAE’s working community next August.
