Reference to the announcement of Arabia Insurance Cooperative Company on 01/11/2023 AD with regards to the resignation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Arabia Insurance Cooperative Company announces the issuance of its Board of Directors' resolution by circulation on 30/11/2023 AD for the appointment of Mrs. Nadine Al-Habbal as a member of the Board of Directors to fill the vacant position in the Board from its date until the end of the current Board session, considering that this appointment is subject to the approval of Ordinary General Assembly at its first meeting.
