Riyadh – Mubasher: United Mining Industries Company announced SAR 9.80 million as cash dividends for the first half (H1) of 2023, according to a bourse disclosure.

The board members greenlighted the dividends, which represent 7% of the company’s capital, on 30 November.

United Mining Industries will pay SAR 0.70 per share for 14 million shares.

Eligibility and distribution dates for the H1-23 dividends will be 10 and 18 December 2023, respectively.

The firm disbursed dividends to shareholders on a quarterly and semi-annual basis for the last three years at an increasing growth rate.

Last October, the company began the listing and trading of its shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu).
