| Announcement Detail | L'azurde Company for Jewelry is pleased to announce to its shareholders that on Tuesday 21/05/1445H corresponding to December 05, 2023 it has received a Shari’a Evaluation Report regarding the operations of the company issued by Shariyah Review Bureau (SRB) in its capacity as the company’s Shari’a Advisor.
The report indicates that the company’s business activities during the third quarter of the year 2023 are compliant with the AAOIFI Shari’a standards and guidelines.
SRB was appointed as the Shari’a Advisor to L’azurde with the goal of studying and examining the business activities of the company in line with the Shari’a guidelines and standards issued by the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), in addition to other Shari’a guidelines and standards mentioned in the report. SRB will also provide the necessary consultation to help L’azurde continue to achieve compliance with the abovementioned guidelines and standards throughout the period of commissioning as the Shari’a Advisor to the company. |
