Electronic voting will be available to shareholders registered on the Tadawulati services website, starting from 1:00 AM on Sunday 11/06/1445 AH corresponding to 24/12/2023 AD until the end of the meeting time. Note that registration on the Tadawulaty services website and voting are available free of charge to all shareholders at the link (https://www.tadawulaty.com.sa)
