Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) signed a contract worth SAR 63.50 million, including the value-added tax (VAT), with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority on 3 December 2023.

The contract, which was awarded on 29 October this year, will cover the renewal of Microsoft licences for the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority for three years, according to a bourse disclosure.

MIS expects the financial impact of this agreement to reflect on its financial results during the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2023.

In November 2023, MIS signed a three-year contract valued at SAR 34.08 million to provide the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) with computer systems and technical support services.
