Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C. (Estithmar) announces the establishment of a QAR 3,400,000,000 Trust Certificate Issuance Programme (the Programme) for trust certificates to be issued by Estithmar Sukuk Limited LLC.

The Programme is expected to be admitted to the London Stock Exchange’s International Securities Market (ISM). The Programme has been rated qaBBB with a stable outlook at the national scale rating by Capital Intelligence Ratings Ltd (CI).
