Mazaya Real Estate Development Q.P.S.C. discloses the interim financial statement for the twelve-month period ending 31st December , 2023 . The financial statements revealed a Net Profit of QR 29,687,237 in comparison to Net Profit QR 41,008,041 for the same period of the previous year.

The Earnings per share(EPS) amounted to QR 0.026 as of 31st December , 2023 versus Earnings per share(EPS) QR 0.035 for the same period in 2022.

The Board also recommended to distribute of a cash dividend of 2.5% of the capital, i.e. Dirham 2.5 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023.
