Al Mahhar Holding announces that the General Assembly Meeting AGM will be held on 13/03/2024, Sheraton Al Rayyan Hall and 10:00 PM. In case of not completing the legal quorum, the second meeting will be held on 20/03/2024, Sheraton Al Rayyan Hall and 10:00 PM 

1. Hearing and approving the Board of Directors report on the company’s operation and financial performance for the financial year ended 31 December 2023.

2. Hearing and approving the Auditor’s Report on the company’s financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2023. 

3. Discuss and approve the company’s financial statements for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.

4. Approve the Board’s recommendation for a dividend payment of QR. 0.10 per share for 2023.

5. Absolve the Board of Directors from liability for the year ended 31 December 2023 and fix their remuneration.

6. Appoint the external auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2024 and approve their fees.
