Salam International Investment Limited announces that the Company terminated the working relationship with Dr. Adnan Steitieh, as Secretary of the Board of Directors and any other designation, starting from the end of working hours on Thursday, 15/02/2024. His name was removed from all commercial registers of the Company and its subsidiaries. A new Secretary of the Board of Directors will be appointed at the next General Assembly meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 05/03/2024, with the election of the new Board of Directors for the period from 2024 to 2026.
