Riyadh – Mubasher: Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group announced that a majority shareholder intends to transfer 17.43 million of its shares in the group to the investment portfolio of a wholly-owned subsidiary.

The mentioned shareholder is Mohammed Abdulaziz Al Habib and Sons Holding Company, which owns 33.75% of the medical services group, according to a bourse filing.

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib logged a 23.94% year-on-year (YoY) surge in net profit to SAR 2.04 billion in 2023 from SAR 1.65 billion.
