Riyadh – Mubasher: Digital solutions provider Elm Copmany is showcasing some its innovative products and solutions at the third edition of the LEAP conference, which is running in the capital of Saudi Arabia until 7 March 2024, according to a press release.

During the four-day event that is co-organised by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology as well as the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones under the theme ‘Smart Life’, the listed Elm will be underscoring the role of supporting digital transformation, through products specialised in automobile, health, finance and insurance, smart cities, and real estate solutions.

Furthermore, the company will be unveiling comprehensive digital solutions in regards to digitising real estate wealth, in addition to archiving sukuks, digitising them, and personalising their data, reaching more than 200 million documents archived in the real estate wealth digitisation lab.

Among the products and solutions Elm is showcasing at LEAP 2024 are Najiz Centre, Culture Houses project,  Heritage Centres, Health Information System (Wahed), and Efada as well as NashraTech.

The company is also presenting a smart gateway product developed based on AI technologies to offer reliable security services.

In terms of smart cities, Elm has a unified digital platform that gives its partners access to manage and control waste traffic, besides tracking contractors and servers electronically through APIs to build digital systems that enable cities to connect people, places, and devices to the internet.

This is in addition to Washaj platform which provides services to air cargo service beneficiaries, the ‘Tawseel’,

The company has attracted over 30 million actual users and more than 700,000 business customers within the private sector while managing above 250 projects and executing nearly 2 billion operations annually.

During the first nine months (9M) of 2023, Elm recorded consolidated net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 1.02 billion compared with SAR 718 million in 9M-22.
