Industries Qatar announces the results of the AGM. The meeting was held on 06/03/2024 and the following resolution were approved

1. Listened to the Chairman's message for the financial year ended 31 December 2023.

2. Approved the Board of Directors' report on IQ’s operations and financial performance for the financial year ended 31 December 2023.

3. Approved the Auditor’s Report on IQ’s consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2023.

4. Approved IQ’s consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2023.

5. Approved 2023 Corporate Governance Report.

6. Approved the Board's recommendation for a dividend payment of QR 0.78 per share for 2023, representing 78% of the nominal share value.

7. Absolved the Board of Directors from liability for the year ended 31 December 2023 and fix their remuneration.

8. Appointment of KPMG as the external auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2024 and approved their fees.
