| Announcement Detail | Al Baha Investment and Development Company is pleased to announce to the company’s shareholders that it has obtained a “Real Estate Developer Qualification Certificate” from the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, Developer Services Center, for passing the approved qualification standards, with certificate number (2431002789) and dated 7 March 2024 from which the company will obtain this license. It has the following advantages:
1- Exemption from real estate supplies pursuant to Royal Order No. A/84 2- Ability to develop lands, residential projects, and mixed-use lands (commercial and residential) directly and without the need to seek help from another residential developer. 3- ability to develop, sell and rent off-plan real estate and lands.
This (real estate developer qualification certificate) will add new areas and horizons within the company’s strategy, whether through the company exclusively or in cooperation with the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing and local, regional and international real estate development companies. |
