Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Monday’s session with a mixed performance, with the EGX30 main index rising by 1.41% to 33,382.51 points.

On the other hand, both the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as the EGX100 EWI fell by 1.76% to 7,273.72 points and by 1.44% to 10,443.62 points in respective order.

EGX’s turnover reached EGP 7.17 billion through the trading of 785.95 million shares. In addition, the market cap value stood at EGP 2.19 trillion.

As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and Arab investors were net sellers with EGP 790.81 million and EGP 241.99 million, respectively, while the foreign traders were the net buyers with EGP 1.03 billion.
