Riyadh – Mubasher: The main market’s All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) fell by 71.40 points (0.56%) on Tuesday, closing at 12,585.54 points.

The turnover reached SAR 9.94 billion after 349.45 million shares were exchanged.

The majority of the sectors closed in red and were headed by the transportation which fell by 4.10%, while the healthcare equipment and services segment topped four decliners with 1.15%.

Saudi Cable Company continued to be the top riser for the third session in a row, after rising by 9.93%. Meanwhile, Alkhaleej Training and Education Company led the fallers with 9.94%.

Tourism Enterprise Company (Shams) as well as Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company (GO) remained the most active stocks for the third consecutive session, in terms of the trading volume and value, respectively, with 28.12 million shares and SAR 614.18 million.

The Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) also declined at the end of the session by 578.98 points (2.13%) to 26,658.46 points.

Tam Development Company led the risers with 9%, whereas Jahez International Company for Information System Technology headed the fallers with 10.28%.
