Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Power Transformers Company, a subsidiary of Electrical Industries Company (EIC), has signed a SAR 125.77 million contract with Larsen &Toubro Saudi Arabia.

The agreement includes a purchase order for the supply of transformers for Saudi Arabian Oil Company’s (Aramco) Jafurah gas project, according to a bourse filing.

The contract’s term is 20 months and it is expected to have a positive financial impact on EIC’s results for the year 2026.

It is worth noting that EIC logged net profits of SAR 201.03 million in 2023, up 113.48% YoY from SAR 94.17 million.
