Cairo – Mubasher: B Investments Holding posted a consolidated net profit of EGP 693.76 million in 2023, down from EGP 1.33 billion a year earlier.

The basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) reached EGP 3.17 each last year, down from EGP 5.25 in 2022, according to annual financial statements.

Standalone Results

The company’s net profit for the year dropped to EGP 484.39 million in 2023 from EGP 860.89 million the year before.

Cash Dividends

The board of directors approved the distribution of EGP 1 per share in cash dividends for 2023.

B Investments recorded consolidated a net profit of EGP 619.44 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2023, down from EGP 998.92 million.
