Medicare Group is pleased to announce the distribution of cash dividends for the financial year 2023 and the mechanism for receiving the dividends. It is worth to be mentioned that the Qatar Central Securities Depository (Edaa) will undertake, on behalf of the Medicare Group, the tasks of managing the operations of distribution of the cash dividend for the financial year ended on December 31, 2023, in accordance with the Dividend Distribution Agreement signed between the two parties and in accordance with the Rules of Dividend Distribution in Shareholding Companies Listed on the Financial Markets issued pursuant to the decision of the Qatar Financial Markets Authority's Board of Directors No. (7) of 2023.
