Dubai – Mubasher: Union Coop posted a profit before directors` remuneration and community responsibility expenses of AED 316.89 million in 2023, down from AED 388.61 million a year earlier.

Income from sales of goods declined to AED 1.77 billion last year from AED 1.80 billion in 2022, according to the annual financial results.

The basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) recorded AED 0.17 each in 2023, versus AED 0.22 the year before.

It is worth noting that Union Coop reported AED 153.38 million in net profit in the first half (H1) of 2023, a drop from AED 222.39 million in H1-22.
