Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) offered treasury bills (T-bills) at a total value of EGP 55 billion through two tranches on Sunday, 7 April 2024.

The first tranche stood at EGP 30 billion and will mature in 91 days on 9 July this year, according to official data.

The second offering was valued at EGP 25 billion and carries a maturity period of 273 days until 7 January 2025.

On 4^th April, the CBE issued T-bills at a total value of EGP 50 billion in two offerings.
