Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) issued treasury bonds (T-bonds) at a value of EGP 500 million on Tuesday, 16 April 2024, through one tranche.
The offering holds a tenor of five years until 16 April 2029, according to official data.
The CBE also auctioned zero-coupon T-bonds valued at EGP 5 billion, which will mature in 532 days on 30 September 2025.
Earlier this week, the central bank unveiled T-bonds worth EGP 4 billion through one offering.
