Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Wednesday with mixed performance, with the EGX30 main index inching lower by 0.09% to 25,316.08 points.

On the other hand, the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI grew by 0.58% to close at 5,475.88 points.

The EGX100 EWI increased by 0.53% to 7,872.94 points.

The turnover amounted to EGP 2.46 billion through the exchange of 893.31 million shares, while the market cap reached EGP 1.69 trillion at the end of the session.

As for trading on securities, foreign investors were the net buyers with EGP 171.04 million.

On the other hand, the Egyptian and Arab traders were net sellers with EGP 53.60 million and EGP 117.44 million, respectively
