Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: An investor has executed a large direct deal on ADNOC Gas on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on 21 May 2024.

The deal is executed on 15 million shares with a value of AED 45.70 million, or AED 3.05 per share, according to the Emirates News Agency (WAM).

Large direct transactions are executed outside the order book and do not affect the closing price, price index, or highest, or lowest prices of the company's shares.

ADNOC Gas’ revenues jumped to $6.01 billion during the first quarter (Q1) of 2024 from $5.22 billion in Q1-23.
