Riyadh – Mubasher: MBC FZ-LLC, a fully-owned subsidiary of MBC Group, has signed a production contract with MedYapim Middle East Audiovisual Media Production Company, a related party, for the production of a television series.

Signed on 23 May 2024, the contract’s value amounts to SAR 65.10 million, according to a bourse filing.

The contract covers the production of a television series consisting of 90 episodes under the working title "Mother Anne".

The contract is effective as of the date of signing. The production of the series is set to end in January 2025, while all episodes are expected to be delivered by February 2025.

MBC Group logged a SAR 121.28 million net profit during the first quarter (Q1) of 2024.
