Taiba Investments Company Announces the Timing and Method for 2023 Dividend Distributions

| Announcement Detail | Pursuant to the earlier announcement dated 27-03-2024 regarding 2023 dividend distributions, representing 6.5% of the capital, for Taiba shareholders holding the shares by the end of the trading day on Monday 20-05-2024 and who are registered in the Company’s shareholders registry held with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the entitlement date; and according to the approval from the Ordinary General Assembly for shareholders' company that held on 20-05-2024 Taiba is hereby pleased to announce to its valued shareholders that effective from Monday 26-11-1445H corresponding to 03-06-2024G the dividends will be distributed at a value of (0.65) riyals per share thru automated deposits into shareholders’ investment accounts linked to their stock portfolios in any bank. As for the shareholders who hold share certificates and whose information is published on Taiba website, they shall visit any Riyad Bank branch with their ID’s to receive the dividends directly from the bank.
