UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) showed a negative performance on Tuesday after losing 7.06 points (0.17%) and ending the trading session at 3,985.97 points.

A total of 169.93 million shares were exchanged during the session at a value of AED 419.95 million.

Emaar Properties witnessed the highest trading value of AED 113.45 million, while Drake and Scull International (DSI) was the most active stock with 48.06 million shares.

Dubai Refreshments led the risers with 12.06%, whereas Al Salam Bank – Sudan headed the decliners with 8.36%.

On the other hand, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) rose by 0.01% to 8,918.51 points.

The turnover stood at AED 983.47 million through the exchange of 228.92 million shares, while the market cap value reached AED 2.71 trillion.

International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 196.64 million, while Multiply Group dominated the trading volume with 31.97 million shares.

Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials advanced the gainers with 11.52%, while Al Khaleej Investment headed the decliners with 10%.
