Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co. is pleased to announce to its shareholders the method and date for distributing cash dividends for year 2023, with a total amount of 30,375,000 SR, at One riyal and thirty-five (1.35) riyal per share, representing 13.5% of par value of the share.

The dividend will start from Wednesday 12, June 2024, noting that the dividend entitlement to the shareholders who own shares on the due date and who are registered in the company's shareholders ’register at the Edaa Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the day of the company's general assembly.

The Saudi Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) will distribute cash dividends to eligible shareholders by direct transfer to their personal accounts linked to their investment portfolios.

The company requests all its shareholders to update their bank account with banks before the date of the start of distributing dividends to ensure that dividends are deposited into their account.
