Riyadh – Mubasher: Banan Real Estate Company has submitted a request to transition to the main market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

The request was submitted on 4 June 2024 through the market's online portal, according to a bourse filing.

Banan Real Estate’s board approved transferring the company's shares from the Parallel Market (Nomu) to the main market All Share Index (TASI) in July 2023.

In 2023, Banan Real Estate’s net profit rose to SAR 28.76 million from SAR 28.21 million a year earlier.
