Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Presight AI Holding and Esyasoft formed a new joint venture (JV) named IntelliGrid during the Baku Energy Week in Azerbaijan, according to a press release.

This strategic partnership will deploy smart gas grids, enhanced metering infrastructure, advanced digital Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) devices, and intelligent AI platforms.

Based in Abu Dhabi, IntelliGrid aims to facilitate a seamless technological and AI transition towards reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy solutions in the sectors of electricity, water, and gas.

The JV will leverage Presight’s expertise in big data analytics and AI as well as its collaboration with AIQ and Esyasoft to unlock synergies that will bring greater efficiencies in existing energy grid infrastructure.

In May, the ADX-listed firm joined forces with Dell Technologies to bolster digital transformation and innovation across various sectors in the Middle East.
