The company's capital has been set at 1,000,000 riyals (one million SAR) with proportions distributed by 49% for Al Dawaa Medical Services Company and 51% for Mouwasat Medical Services Company. This comes in line with the company's strategic healthcare vision. The necessary approvals and licenses will be acquired from the relevant authorities and any developments in this regard will be announced in due course.
